Here is the recipe for Champagne Fizz.
Ingredients:
3 oz chilled champagne
1 1/2 oz gin
1 or lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
Served in: Champagne flute
Recipe:
- Fill a shaker up to half with ice cubes.
- Pour all ingredients other than champagne in it.
- Shake well.
- Strain the mix into a flute.
- Add champagne.
